| This
summer, Halifax hosted "Fleet Con", a gathering of local clubs and
merchants interested in science-fiction and fantasy. Fleet Con 2003 was
a historic event for the 501st.ca as it marked the first meeting of
West and East Coast members. The garrison was represented by me
(TR0773, incognito) from out West and our lone Halifax garrison member,
TK6669 (who also brought his brother along).
This was a great one day con, and I hope one day, our East Coast members will come out West for another historic get-together!
