It's pretty hard to make a spectacle at D*Con, but that's just what the 501st and Rebel Legion did. On Sunday almost 200 members of the 501st and Rebel Legion began to gather on opposite sides of the Marriott Marquis lobby. Quite a number of bystanders wondered what was going on and rumours began circulating, but the people who knew were ready. Then the march started. Up the escalators, trooper after trooper headed up and marched through the Marriott and the Hyatt, then out to the group photo shoot location.

This year's shoot went quite well despite the heat and humidity. The shoot took almost 3 hours and one person passed out! Despite this we got some good pictures.
